Master Recipe for Rich and Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 10, 2010
STOP LOOKING! You have found the best cheesecake recipe ever! I made a traditional graham cracker crust (2 cups graham cracker crumbs , 1 stick of butter, 2 TBSP sugar) and baked an additional 20 minutes before turning the oven off and opening the oven door. Topped with fresh strawberries and hot fudge. Amazing!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2009
I made this dish because I had all the ingredients in the pantry. We all enjoyed it. I used low sodium soy sauce and only 1 tsp. hot sauce since my 1 year old was eating with us. Served with roasted broccoli and brown rice. Fast, easy, and tasty...a working mother's dream come true!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
Awesome easy recipe. I use frozen raw chicken breasts and just throw them into the crockpot w/ other ingredients. It shreds up nicely. I also add carrots and celery, cooked brown rice at the end, top w/ montery jack cheese, avocado, and some store bought tortilla chips! So good!!!

So good so easy!! Very moist and tender chicken. I used Kirkland brand pesto from Costco. It is high quality pesto which makes a big difference in this recipe.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

So easy, so good. I halved the amount of mustard, and decreased cooking time to about 7-9 minutes. Served over angel hair w/ broccoli. Start to finish 15 minutes!

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Ok recipe. Increase the amount of noodles, decrease the amount of mustard to 1 tsp, whisk roux for at least 10 minutes, and add a little of the pasta cooking water to the sauce to make this a 5 star recipe.

Greek Avgolemono Soup with Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
My husband and I LOVE this soup. I make it with Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock. It gives the soup a richer flavor. Also, I use steamed brown rice instead of orzo to make it healthier. I found the Greek Seasoning at Meijer. While I'm sure the soup would be good without it is outstanding with the seasoning.

Stir-Fried Chicken and Noodles

I really enjoyed this recipe. I omitted the napa cabbage because it didn't look very fresh at the local grocery store. Other than that I prepared as stated, and was pleased at how easy it was to prepare and good it tasted.

This recipe is pretty good but a lot easier and tastier with the following changes: 1) Omit cornstarch in marinade. 2) Omit chicken boulion and water Substitute 1 cup chicken stock 3) Mix chicken stock with 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp cornstarch, and an additional 1/4 tsp ginger

These were awesome! I used a rotiserie chicken to make the recipe even faster and easier. I also sustituted Monterey jack for the Cheddar cheese and omitted the green pepper(personal preference). Thank you for sharing this recipe I'll definetly use this for years to come!!
