Cranberry Pumpkin Muffins

Delish! My only minor alterations were using half a cup canned pumpkin and half a cup apple sauce instead of a whole cup canned pumpkin, because that's what I had on hand, and I used about 1 1/2-2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped. I left my first batch in the oven for 18 minutes and they were slightly overdone. I only cooked the second batch for 16, and those two minutes made a ton of difference. I also only got 18 muffins, not 24. Great recipe, though—will definitely make again (especially since the CSA has been sending us cranberries like crazy)!

Butterfinger Cookies

Pretty good! Just want to reiterate what several other reviews have said: DON'T LEAVE THEM IN THE OVEN FOR MORE THAN 10-12 MIN!! They won't look done after that amount of time, but take them out anyway. They'll firm up as they cool. Learned that the hard way with my first horribly burnt batch... Once I got the cook time down, the non-burned finished product was quite tasty-- though, honestly, I think the raw dough tasted better than the cookies themselves.

Easy Fruit Cobbler

So quick and easy! Followed some other reviewers suggestions and added in 1 tsp vanilla and used half white sugar and half light brown. Didn't have quite enough peaches, so used half peaches, half raspberries (had them on hand). Delicious-- and so simple! Definitely will try again with other fruit variations!

Butterscotch Apple Cookies

I went a little overboard with the apples (and omitted the nuts, due to personal preference), but even though these came out a bit more cake-like than cookie-ish, they are delicious! I also somehow managed to get 50 cookies out of a recipe that was supposed to make 18, most likely due to the over-apple-ing. All in all, a yummy and pretty easy recipe!

Four Cheese Macaroni Casserole

Delicious! Somehow three of us managed to eat the whole thing in one sitting (awful, but so worth it)! Omitted the tomatoes and feta and added peas due to personal taste. Came out great.
