Easy Skillet Beef and Hash Browns

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
Good recipe. My husband loved it and went back for seconds. It didn't "wow" me, but it was good and I would make it again. Super easy to make and not a lot of ingredients needed.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
This was fantastic! We loved it. We served it up on old-fashioned hamburger buns. I didn't have all of the ingredients so I used minced onion and yellow mustard as substitutes. This was a huge hit and I plan on making it again. I'm also passing on the recipe to my family & friends so they can try it out as well. I used the stove top method to make it. The sauce was on the thin side. So I did add cornstarch to it to thicken it. And it turned out perfectly.

Pat's Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
The potato salad was delicious! This is the first time I have made potato salad. I made a few changes to the recipe as I did not have everything it called for. I used minced onion, yellow mustard (a good squirt) and dried parsley. I also used about 1/8 cup each of vinegar and sugar. I added 3 hard boiled eggs chopped up. It was very good. My husband loved it. I will definitely make this again! I served it with BBQ chicken breasts. A great tasting dinner.

Italian Style Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2007
These were so delicious! I cut the recipe down based on past reviews. I used 6 thin-cut sliced pork chops. 2 cups of saltines and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. I used 1/2 cup of olive oil instead of butter to dip the pork chops in. I cooked them at 400 for 30 minutes and they were done. Very juicy and delicious! My fiance loved them and ate 3 pork chops! I made with quartered red potatoes shaken in a coating of olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Cooked them on a baking sheet while the pork chops were cooking. Great compliment to the dinner. Then I served a steamed vegetable. Very simple, easy, home style dinner.

Apple Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2006
This recipe is my dad's favorite pork chop recipe. He absolutely loved them and couldn't stop raving about them. I added a little bit more applesauce then it called for. One word of advice would be to make sure you mix the applesauce and onion soup mix up good together before adding the apple pieces. And like some reviewers stated you might only want to use half a envelope of onion soup mix the first time making it. I didn't pre-brown the chops but I don't think it made much of a difference.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2006
I made these tonight for dinner, they were very good. I didn't try any of the substitutes mentioned in the reviews, but would possibly try some of them in the future. It was on the sweet side but everyone loved them and they thought the presentation was beautiful.
