I doubled the amount of salt and cinnamon. Turned out great, will use this recipe from now on. Also shared it with my co-workers!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2005
I did not have processed cheese, but it was still great! Next time I will use that, and seasoned bread crumbs. I also used a squirt of mustard instead of powder. My 3 picky kids really liked it and will LOVE it with a little more seasoning and the right cheese combo.

Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2005
This is by far the best oatmeal cookie recipe I have found. It will be the only one I use! I omitted the nuts, and next time may add chocolate chips. Thank you!

This is a perfect dunking cookie. I followed the recipe to the T and did not add the optional ingredients.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2003
What a delicious recipe. I followed some of the other reviewers suggestions, used some cinnamon, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar, and instead of flouring the pans I used cinnamon and sugar. I made 4 3x5 loaves and it only took 30 minutes for them to get finished. I ended up not having enough sour cream so I added some vanilla yogurt and it was just great. I am replacing the banana bread recipe that I have used for over 5 years with this one. Thanks!

Scalloped Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2000
I looked up this recipe for my mother, and am so glad I did! I still like scalloped corn with crackers best, but this recipe was great! There were NO leftovers, and the kids, aged 13 months to 29 years, all loved it! We will be eating this one again soon!

Cream Corn Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2000
I don't know what went wrong, but the corn was really salty! I could barely eat it! The pork chops were not as tender as I like them, but my husband thought they were good. I will try it again sometime, it was very easy and very fast to prepare.

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2000
I was in a rush and did not have the Italian seasoning or the Worcestershire sauce, so I used spaghetti sauce instead. They turned out GREAT! My 8 year old and 14 month old gobbled the filling right up! I also did not baste them in the sauce, instead I poured the leftover spaghetti sauce on them after they came out of the oven. I will definitely make this one again!!!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2000
This recipe was so delicious! The sauce needs to be doubled, and I added the pecans to it while the sauce was thickening, which made them taste even better! I will definitely use this recipe again!!!
