Fluffy Pancakes

I love this recipe. It tastes superior to any box mix and is easier! I really like that it does not require buttermilk! Who has buttermilk hanging around in case you want to make pancakes? I don't. You wpn't miss the buttermilk as the soured milk takes it place beautifully!

This was a wonderfully easy and tasty recipe. Just the dish I was looking for! Since I didn't have on hand all the seasonings listed I instead used a couple of tablespoons of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. It turned out just great!
