Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast
I had a 2 lb. roast. I adjusted the pepper to only 1 teaspoon for a double recipe of sauce. I cooked it in the crock pot with potatoes and carrots on low for 6 hours. I will definitely make it again.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup
I have never really liked traditional ham and beans. That is why, when I found myself with a ham bone, I looked for something a little different. I tried the right recipe! This is great! I used straight pinto beans instead of 15 bean soup. (I am picky about my beans.) I also used left over ham drippings (2 cups) and water(2 cups) instead of canned broth and omitted the salt. I put all but the ham and two of the carrots (I was out of room) in my 5 quart slow cooker. I brought it to a simmer on high, then turned it to low. I added the chopped ham only for the last hour. It cooked for a total of nine hours. It came out full of flavor! Will definitely make again.

English Trifle
Took it to a small party and everyone had some. It was the talk of the table. I used a 10 inch loaf of angelfood and it was still a lot of cake. I recommend more pudding. It was almost lost in everything else. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing.
