A former military Firefighter now following my heart and traveling the world to seek out and experience foreign cultures and cuisines. Anything ethnic, dishes full of spice and a moderate amount of fire to counter act the freezing cold climate here in the Yukon. Baking pies (coming soon a very special rhubarb pie. a variation of the greatest pie I've ever eaten)(thanks aunt Marcia!!)). My mother is a master of (delicious) single pot meals (quick and easy casseroles) and a great baker. I've elaborated some of her favorites to incorporate my love of Asian foods. Feeding dozens of coworkers to great satisfaction, and fusing my mothers style with my love of American and Asian cuisines. Too many failed experiments, odd food combinations but these failures have resulted in some unique tasty mealslll
