Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
Easy recipe, great results. I smoke the briskit for 1 or two hours before doing this recipe in the crockpot or dutch oven over very low heat. History gives differing accounts on corned beefs beginnings, but its well known as an Irish Dish, and also most jewish deli's fix and serve this also. Who really cares....Its great food!!!!
