I have been cooking since the age of 10. I know that sounds a little far fetched but it's true. I learned from the best my mother who worked at a 4 star italian resturant and I learned from one of the most highly trained chefs in our area. I am a barbeque buff and have created my own gorumet brand of barbeque sauce. I love to grill and have mastered the art of Deep frying turkey's. I love everything about Puerto rican Food and especially love the richness of our culture.
