Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
This is the most amazing pie ever! I could not believe how simple this was. We used fresh key limes and juiced them. I couldn't imagine a better dessert. Or breakfast for that matter :)

Easy Vegetable Pot Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2007
This was great but needs a few modifications. If you are not a person who uses salt and pepper, it will be quite a bit peppery. Also, the bottom crust was doughy. Next time I will bake it for 5-10 minutes before adding the filling.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2007
Everyone ate it and the kids ate the leftovers the next night. This would get 5 stars but was just alittle bland for me. Next time I will add some seasoning to the last part.

Bread Pudding I

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2007
This is a great recipe, but I put a MAJOR twist on it. Any of you who have a Super Wal-mart have seen their pound cakes. They are already sliced and sold in flavors like butter, marble (1/2 chocolate), pastachio, etc... Well, when these are old they reduce the price to about $1.66. Take them and cube them and make this bread pudding. I have to double the recipe because my family fights over it every time. It is perfect for a sweet dessert!! P.S. You will need to cook for about 45 minutes for this change.

Slow Cooker London Broil

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2007
I made this exact to the recipe except for the main suggestions here. I doubled the recipe and mixed the onion soup mix right in. I also add the sour cram right before serving. We had this with lighly butteredegg noodles and fresh green beans and my husband and all 3 kids requested that I add it to my regular set of recipes. I could not believe how sophisticated this tasted and yet it was soooo simple!!! The only thing I will cange in the future is it was a little saly for my taste so I will et the lower sodium soups but it was FANTASTIC!!!

Diego's Special Beef Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2007
This was not a killer recipe. The wine was too strong and the souce was super thin. My kids refused to eat it. I am sure that it has a taste that some people love but we won't make it again.

Minted Lemon Asparagus

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2006
Wonderful!! I was eating it off of the serving dish with my fingers! Both my brother and husband, who hate asparagus, were gushing over it. The kids didn't think a whole lot of it, but I didn't expect them to. Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe!!!

Crab and Shrimp Delight

We are from the shore of Maryland so seafood is what we do. The taste was so off and had a "fishy" taste. I would never make this again!

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Reviewed: May 6, 2006
Not to sound redundant, but WOW!! I made this with a beef roast today. I was concerned that it would just be weird, but with a 5 star rating it was worth trying. This was FANTASTIC!! The kids ate it down. I don't know who was clever enough to put this simple, wonderful concoction together, but THANK YOU!!!
