outstanding. Freeze the candies first, 8 minutes @350 was perfect. These are a breeze to make in the stand mixer and drop with a cookie dropper into the mini pan. Doubles, triples, yum!

Really squeeze and drain the zucchini. I used yellow squash, panko unseasoned breadcrumbs, and tripled the Old Bay. VERY tasty!!!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2007
I make these with 1/3 cup mini choc chips instead of 2 cups regular. The minis go a long way! Also, I add a half cup of flax meal. They taste delicious and the kiddos love them.

I bake these for varied times at 350 so they don't burn. These are by far the best homemade cookies I've ever had.

Double Crust Bean Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2002
This was awesome!!! I omitted the bell and red peppers but did keep the cayenne and chili powder at the recipe amount and didn't think it was too hot. I also added 1/4 cup of frozen corn. My husband and I almost ate the whole pie in one sitting!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2001
BRAVO!!!!!!! Wonderful recipe. A new staple in our home. I also added a little more cajun spice (1 1/2-2 TBS). Fantastic with a salad and crusty French bread. If you are serving people who aren't partial to peppers, shred them fine with a cheese grater. Still get the flavor but won't scare the pepper haters away!
