Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas

Followed some of the other suggestions and sauted the seafood and added cream cheese. I also added some choped red peppers. One of my favs!

Spinach Enchiladas

Not what we expected, the red enchilda sauce didn't blend well with the spinach. If you're a big spinach lover you make like it but it was a little much for me and my family.
