Chinese Style Sesame Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
This had a wonderful flavor. I added extra garlic and substituted a 1/2 cup of flour for the cornstarch. I will certainly make this again.

Easiest Focaccia Recipe

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
This was excellent. I sprinkled seasoned chicken bits, cheese, and thin slices of red pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes on top of it before baking. The texture was perfect--crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If I weren't going to add any toppings I would definitely add herbs to the flour mix to give it some flavor.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
This is a delicious, hearty meal. I skipped the celery, used only 1/2 cup of rice, and added 1 cup water instead of the chicken broth. I will definitely make this again.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
The glaze has a nice flavor that's not overwhelming. I cooked the garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil and didn't use any white wine. Will make again.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

This is deliciously creamy. I used regular limes and baked the pie 5 minutes longer. I didn't change anything else. Will make again.

Moist and delicious. I added 1 tsp. cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, a tablespoon of brown sugar, and doubled the amount of banana. Will certainly make again.

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: May 4, 2006
Wonderful! Fresh bread in about an hour, from start to finish. I proofed the yeast, used fresh basil, and put fresh garlic on top as suggested by others. Try making this with whole wheat flour--it's still delicious!

Coconut Curry Tofu

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2006
This is simply delicious. The coconut flavor is mild, and the chile paste gives it a nice kick. I didn't use any salt, and I only used three tablespoons of the soy sauce.
