Real Homemade Tamales
These turned out great! Not a lot of actual work just a lot of time waiting for things to be done so if you've got a whole day free, I'd say go for it! I used a beef roast and roasted with a can of vegetable broth, onion, and a few cloves of garlic. I put all the juices, onion, and garlic from the roasting pan in a blender and liquified it, adding about a cup of water. I used that liquid for my dough instead of a can of beef broth. I don't have a steamer big enough so I used a metal colander in a big pot. Covered with a couple kitchen towels and then a lid. Worked just fine.

Chicken Fried Chicken
This recipe is great! I did make a couple modifications just to make it healthier. I pounded out the chicken, added a little lite sour cream to the egg wash and baked it for 45 min in a 350 oven. Extrememly delicious even without the oil.

Jo's Rosemary Bread
This was my third try making bread in my new machine and the first recipe that really worked. This recipe is so good! I didn't have rosemary so I just used italian seasoning and a little parmesan cheese and it was delicious and perfect just like the reviews say. This recipe is a confidence builder if you're just starting out with you bread machine.
