Made it with applesauce to reduce calories and fat, but next time I think I'd try it with the oil because they seemed extra moist and sticky made with the applesauce.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Turned out wonderful. I thawed some spinach and mixed that in after the cream cheese & soup had been in for half hour. Then I put it over whole wheat penne pasta and it was wonderful!

This was good, but I wasn't crazy about the spices so I will definitely play around with this. This is one of the great things w/this website you get the ideas, try the recipe and then can figure out how to tweak it to your liking.

White Chocolate Blondies

I wasn't a fan of these at all. They turned out too cakey, but that could have been the baker. My company enjoyed them because they were sweet with the white and semi-sweet chocolate.

Cheddary Artichoke Snacks

These were ok, but i chose to put shredded cheddar instead of slices of cheddar so I'm not sure if that made a difference because it didn't melt well. They had good flavor though. I think next time I will try it as a dip instead of putting it on the baguette. I will mix it all together and put it in the oven to melt.
