Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Delicious! Very easy to make - You don't have to fuss with a lot of different seasoning. I mixed ketchup, dry mustard & brown sugar and spooned on top!

This is much better if you use beef consume soup & onion soup mix. You can either cook in the oven or in the crock pot

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Really good - it's much easier though if you bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. The carrots come out very tender and you don't have to waste the time or space on top of the stove.
