About this Cook
Have two wonderful girls. A loving husband for the past 13 yrs. I was raised in the army. I have experince many differnt flavors of the world. I was born in Germany, my husband parents are from Italy and I have lot of other European within my line of blood. So I have been exposed to all cooking styles. YUM!
My favorite things to cook
My favorite of all things is Chicken Surprise. Talk about a comfort food on a cold night and just wanting something rich in taste.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Yeah I was a close family but cooking was not a strong suit of my mother or father. We had lot of frozen meals or on the run meals.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I made Chicken Surprise for my girls nad husband. That is know their favorites.
My cooking tragedies
Being know as the person that cooks by the fire alarm. Just remember I was young and teaching myself to cook. My husband ate every bite then took us out to dinner.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This was the best cookie ever. As fastest as I made them my husband and 3 yr old was eating them. I'm not a big baker but will make over and over. I'm also sending this w/ my 3 yr old for a recipe book she making in school. Thats how much we like them.

Baked Pork Chops I
I just love this recipe. But I made it in hotbags at 450. ( use the same time called for)But I did find the mushroom soup salty. I think next time I will add more milk anywhere from 1/8 to 1/4 cup more milk. But I did like this recipe I will definitely make again. Thanks Tobie
