I made these this morning for breakfast, they were very tastey. I used 3/4 Whole Wheat flour, 1/4c oat flour and 1 c white flour. I also used 1/2 coconut oil and 1/2 marg. I lightly coated my grated apples with cinnamon. I also substitued 1/2 the sugar with splenda. Even my husband enjoyed. Thanks for posting this recipe
