Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2003
Super easy and delicious. The first time I made it I made the mistake of adding salt and using spicy mustard think it wouldn't make a difference. IT DID. DON"T ADD SALT. DON'T USE SPICEY MUSTARD.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

DELICIOUS and easy. It came out great by following the recipe as is. I think it's important that the meat be cut and left to soak in the glorious gravy. I served it with mashed potatoes.

Lazy Day Cake

Reviewed: May 17, 2003
DELICIOUS and oh so easy!!! I thought it would be too sweet but it was not. I would suggest being careful when you broil the topping. I almost burned mine after 3 min. and will check it earlier. Wouldn't change a thing otherwise.

Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: May 6, 2003
HEAVENLY....just heavenly. Took maybe 5 min. to throw together (as is). I wasn't sure what a 2 qt. dish was (duh!) so I used one of the square pyrex casserole dishes (about 8 in. square and a good 2.5 inches high); which turned out great because it bubbles up and needs the extra height on the dish. Had I used a pie pan it would have been a huge oven disaster. The end result was that it didn't run over in the over, and cooled to about 1 1/2 inches high. A real keeper !!!

Favorite Barbecue Chicken

Reviewed: May 2, 2003
Quick and yummy! I didn't do the grilling part and cut the chick into strips. I simply added the chicken after heating the ingredients together. I thought this was really good over rice. Had a sweet flavor. Would definitely make again.

Famous Butter Chicken

I used Chicken Tenderloins instead of breasts just because I like to have a better combo of meat and coating. DELICIOUS!!! Made using Ritz Crackers.
