Made these for a family event, and they were a hit (even with me, and I'm not an olive-lover). However, I felt they could use a little extra something, and think next time I may try them with a dab of cream cheese in the center to tone down the olive a litte, and moisten them up a little.

Awesome Pasta Salad

I served this at a large family gathering, and got rave reviews! I added broccoli, and subsituted most of provolone with mozzarella and cheddar cheese just because of personal preference.

Artichoke Spinach Dip

I went through a whole batch of this recipe at one small family gathering...everyone loved it! I did saute some garlic in the butter, and cut back a little on the cream cheese and sour cream as suggested. Served with garlic toast, and it was great!

Caramels

Everyone who tried these thought they were better than store bought caramel. I messed up the first batch by not letting them reach the right temperature so they did not set. However, I put this caramel in a jar, and it makes a delicious ice cream topping!!

Moist German Chocolate Cake

Not very impressed. The cola flavor was too strong, and overall taste was pretty blah. It was also moist to the point that it was soggy.

Buffalo Chicken Wings I

I doubled this recipe, and served them at a party...they were gone within 15 minutes. Everyone loved them! I made double the amount of sauce, and let them simmer in the crockpot which worked great.

Au Gratin Potatoes II

I loved these--buying already shredded potatoes made them even easier. They were also really good with french onions for a topping instead of the cereal.
