This is an awesome Chai tea mix! My sister showed it to me and I am now addicted to it. This is a great tasting chai and makes a great gift.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
This was the first roast I made that was perfect! I did not find it too salty one bit and it tasted wonderful. Our guests that evening raved about it! I let it marinade with the rub for several hours and then cooked it on a low temperature for a longer time. Thanks, Joel- this is a keeper!

Creme Brulee II

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2007
I was a little disappointed by the consistency. It was runny so I looked at otehr recipes and the majority of the other recipes used a ration of 5 egg yolk to the 2 cups of cream. It still tasted good, but was a very thin custard.

I thought it was really good. I served it hot from the oven with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and my guests liked it.

Party Italian Wedding Soup

This was great. I too changed the meatballs (I used flavored bread crumbs, garlic, salt, white pepper, onion powder, and dried sage) a little to add flavor and added more broth and it was wonderful!
