It's a hit with everyone who's had this. As a relatively new baker, making cookies that seem uncooked when fresh out of the oven was new to me. (Also, I added less sugar the second time 'round, because it was too sweet when I made it according to the recipe) But, definitely, once left to cool, it's a chewy, chocolatey piece of heaven!
