French Baguettes

Oh my gosh. Easy and DELISH! Make this, you guys! I read some people use egg white instead of the yolk, so I just whisked the whole egg plus a tsp of water. The crust was crisp and perfect!

Tzatziki Sauce

I LOVED this. I've tried many, but this is THE ONE. I made Traditional Gyro Meat from this site and it was the best gyro ever. I'll use this for gyros and dip for pita chips and veggies. I used greek yogurt and I recommend that instead of regular yogurt.

Traditional Gyro Meat

This is GREAT! Tastes traditional to me. I followed the recipe exactly, except for the baking temp. I had to raise it to 375 to get the internal meat temp to 165. I paired it with Tzatziki Sauce from Debnjames from this site. So good!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Creamy and delicious. Great on brownies, white cake, or the spatula. Followed the directions as written. I took it on brownies to a family reunion and everyone loved it. My pan was gone long before anything else. I will use this often and forever.

Easy Bake Fish

Absolutely loved it! Great warmed up as leftovers, too. Would make a great salmon salad with the leftovers. I used Spicy Southwestern mustard. Yum!

Oil Pie Crust

I loved this crust! I didn't have any problem with it at all. I used it for Chicken Pasties and it tasted and baked great. Love the flavor and it was so flakey. My only crust from now on.
