Good - tips: After you cut the jalapenos boil for 1 min and then put in cold water for a minute. I used bread crumbs, seasoned them w/ pepper, onion powder and parmesan cheese. I didn't use milk, just egg. Baked for 30 min and broiled for a minute. Turned out great!

Creamy Dill Cucumbers

Wow...so easyand yet sooooooo good! I didn't have celery seed so I didn't put it in and everything still turned out GREAT! Will make alot during the summer months and for pot lucks!

Slow-Cooked Steak Fajitas

This was easy. The meat is very tender, falling apart. The seasonings were okay. I think fajita seasoning makes it taste much better which is how I usually make it. This was easy, not the best flavor but easy.

I make this alot because it is very yummy and so easy! I pat the chicken breast unti it is really flat and it seems to stick better and taste better! Try it - you love it! Enjoy!

Love it. I lay slices of provolone cheese on top and when it is none cooking I scoop some onto Rye & Marble bread for a sandwich!

Pasta Carbonara I

Easy to follow and very yummy...I love cheese so of course I used more and was so good! Also, I use angel hair pasta instead of fettucine because angel hair is smaller and I like that better - soaks up more of the sauce!

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Very good. The picture shows raisin's but the recipe didn't call for it so I didn't use them and the bread is suppose to have a plain flavor to it but this wasn't too bad!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Good flavor although I couldn't really taste the ranch seasoning so you could just use an onion soup mix packet (would be cheaper on the wallet). The French Fried Onions were wonderful!

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

Was good and kids liked it. I didn't cook the chicken before adding it to the dish (let it cook in the oven-much faster) and I didn't layer the cheese and stuffing, just mixed everything together and topped w/ French Fried onions.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

WOW - the best!!! And easy. I just put in a teaspoon of minced garlic instead of roasting in the oven - it was easier and get oh so good w/ tortilla chips!
