My daughter
About this Cook
I'm a 21 year old wife and mother of a beautiful 14 month old daughter with another little girl on the way. I'm also a writer/designer/pet sitter extraordinaire who loves to cook!
My favorite things to cook
Asian foods, baked goods, and italian.
My favorite family cooking traditions
None really, in my family, the cooking involves my grandmother chasing us out of the kitchen and the rest of us sitting around waiting.
My cooking triumphs
I don't botch things very often. I think I really surprised my husband the night I cooked a full Asian inspired meal complete with Thai Coconut chicken, spring rolls, and an asian noodle dish.
My cooking tragedies
I can't seem to perfect the elusive grilled cheese sandwich. They always come out too greasy.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have
These tasted great, but I had a little trouble making the meat mixture stick together. I served them with spaghetti. My husband thought they were okay, my toddler had a blast eating them.

Aussie Chicken
Made this tonight for my hubby and 15 month old. I omitted the mushrooms because we didn't have any on hand (and don't really like them anyway). Hubby loved it, and baby gobbled it down. Will definitely make again.

Baked Pork Spring Rolls
Made these as an appetizer for dinner tonight...my ultra-picky husband LOVED them, and so did my 14 month old daughter.
