Scott's Savory BBQ Sauce
Unfortunately this recipe just did not work for us. The vinegar was far too overwhelming, and no attempt at rescue could save the sauce. Nobody I took this sauce to would eat it.

Mulligatawny Soup I
This soup is fantastic! I substitute the butter with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, leave out the cream, leave out the celery, and use 1/2 quinoa and 1/2 rice. I cook the quinoa/rice beforehand and add it to the soup once it's nearly ready. I've tried with and without the apple, and both versions are delicious! I'm the only one in my house who enjoys this, so I make it to take with me for lunch. It's the perfect lunchtime meal for a cold day.

Blueberry Pie
I tried to do everything everyone suggested: 5T of cornstarch, tinfoil covered edges, letting the pie sit for several hours. I even let the pie sit OVERNIGHT, nearly for 24 HOURS, and it STILL turned out a horrible, liquid, disappointing and especially embarrassing mess. I don't know how it worked for so many people, but I've got standards and this pie does not meet them. I would have been better off throwing 4 expensive cups of blueberries, 1 cup of sugar, two pie shells and 5T of cornstarch into a blender and drinking the result. It would have been more gratifying, at least.
