Chicken Flautas

Absolutely wonderful! Quite a lot of work, but well worth the effort. I even froze half the batch for later. Wonderful with fresh guacamole!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
Hands down the best cookies I've ever made! My husband thought they were much better than regular chocolate chip cookies, however my 8 year old niece wasn't "crazy about the oatmeal". Can't please everybody, but we thought they were wonderful!

Breadsticks with Parmesan Butter

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
I've made these breadsticks for several large family gatherings and they are always a huge hit. Everybody is always surprised by the sweet flavor coupled with the garlic parm butter. Terrific recipe!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
The most requested recipe at my house by far. My husband would eat it every night if I would make it. I've made it a couple dozen times and it is fabulous each time! My husband loves the soupy sauce, though it does make a mess with the noodles flinging around. Throw on an apron! :-)

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
We just got back from Baton Rouge and I had never had such awesome Cajun cooking! This recipe is great, very authentic! I looked all over town for andouille sausage, but what I found was not worth the hunt. I don't like the Johnsville stuff is authentic, not spicy at all. Recipe will be made over and over and over...

Warm Greek Pita Sandwiches With Turkey and Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
I used chicken instead of the turkey and it was wonderful! Love the cucumber sauce, worthy of five stars on it's own! I just buy pitas at Spangles (why do they have the best pita bread in town?) and heat it up in the oven. Absolutely delicious!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2007
Sorry, we didn't like this at all. Found it to be very dry and flavorless. Valentino's Pizza Crust on this site is also much better liked at our house. Certainly won't make again.

Bierock Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
Sorry, but I will never make this again. My husband ate mine because I couldn't stand to eat anymore. No flavor and way too dry. I had to cook it 10 minutes longer just to try to cook the crescent rolls all the way, and then they were still doughy. Two thumbs way down!
