Clone of a Cinnabon
these are soooo good! not 100% like a cinnabon, but close enough!! :) the only problem i have w/these is that i cannot stop eating them ;) do not double the frosting, the recipe already includes enough as is. i do not have a bread machine and used my kitchenaid mixer to make these. for those who haven't worked with yeast very much and need simple instructions on how to make these w/your mixer, i've included them in my food blog here: http://tinyurl.com/2l2uh9

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
this recipe was quick and easy to prepare and the lime gives it a great flavor. i did not have the problem that others did with the sauce being too buttery. the only reason i don't cook this more often is because we try not to eat fried foods too often.

Chicken Katsu
this recipe was good. definitely pound the chicken to about 1/4" thickness before seasoning and breading it. i did not give it 5 stars because i reserve that rating for the recipes that really "wow" me.... plus, it did not include directions for the sauce. i used the recipe in one of the reviews below for the sauce (1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp water heated until sugar is dissolved) and was very happy with it.
