Sweet and Sour Pork Patties

Great recipe!! I made half of them as patties for dinner, the other half as meatballs for the freezer.

Black Beans and Rice

It was too dry for me, and there was more spicy heat than layers of flavor. Will not make this again.

Fabulous!! This has become one of my mainstays. I have elminated some ingredients that I don't always have on hand for drop in guests, such as mushrooms and sundried tomato flakes, with results that were just as delicious. I make this over and over.

Red Velvet Cake

The cake was dry and lacking in flavor. The frosting was DELICIOUS!!! I loved it and will make this frosting over and over. I will never make the cake again.
