Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

An easy great tasting recipe. My family loved it and it didn't require a lot of prep time. Will be making it again soon. I didn't have onion and celery powder; I used garlic powder instead. Tasted great!

Chicken Marsala

This was a great and simple dish. I subsituted a few ingredients and added a few ingredients other reviewers suggested. I used garlic salt instead of regular salt, added a little more oregeno than called for. I also put in dried parsley flakes to the flour. I used Pinot Grigio wine since I didn't have Marala wine; worked out great! Towords the end as the sauce was simmering; I added some half and half to make it creamier. My family loved this recipe; it has become a family favorite! Thanks.

Hamburger Hash

Easy to make and delicious. Makes a whole lot. I used chicken bouillon instead of beef, it came really good. And after adding water I thought to myself, why not make it into a rice dish, and added some rice right after I put in the water. Came out great. A complete dish in one shot.

Easy Tiramisu

This was really good, not restaurant quality, but close enough. It's much better the next day after the flavors have settled into the ladyfingers. I added a little coffee liquor to the coffee before soaking the lady fingers and it came out great.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

My husband and I really like it. I will be making it again. Just make sure that your Creole seasoning does not have salt before adding salt to the dish, I made the mistake of adding salt in addition to the salt my Creole seasoning already had. I also reduced the flour to 1/8 cup like others had recommended.
