This recipe is great to carry with you to a party. You feel great when everybody wants to know who made the pasta salad!!

Seven Layer Dip I

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2006
I have made this recipe several times and noticed that it really changes by the brand names of the ingredients purchased. The refried beans (some are more dippable than others), the chedder cheese blend (some cheeses get chunked together after refrigeration), the guacamole (personal taste, don't care for spicy guacamole), and the salsa (the hot one in the produce isle works better the jar salsa). But all and all this is one of the best recipes in my collection!!!

Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2006
Great to keep in the fridge for summer grilling. This is especially good on ribs that are wrapped in foil and baked slowly with chili pepper(2-2 1/2 hrs at 300).

Best Hamburger Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2006
I added all the ingredients in the Kitchen Aide on stir and let it rip!! I also doubled the recipe, added a roll of 50%less fat pork sausage and froze them. The kids just grabbed them out of the freezer and popped them on the grill.

Quesadillas II

Great recipe, however, I found that I had to increase the ingredients to fill the ten tortillas.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2013
These are a great replica of restaurant wings! I followed the recipe as stated except I increased the amount of garlic powder, and used Franks hot sauce (I think Franks has such great flavor). My adult children went wild!
