Carrot Cake

Made this for my husbands birthday and was a hit! I did alter a little bit- used 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup white, added raisins and some extra spices! A keeper!

Wonderful! I did take the advice of some and seasoned the meat and also used mixed veggies instead of just green beans and it came out so good! This is a keeper!!

Country Brunch Skillet

Very delicious and very easy! I did make just 1 change: instead of using hash browns and cutting onions and peppers, I used potatoes O'Brien to cut down on prep time. So yummy! I think next time I make this, I'll add sausage!

Chicken Fried Chicken

Absolutely delicious! I did do just a couple things different... I did make sure to dredge the chicken in flour before dipping in egg and also added garlic power and I didn't have potato flakes so I used Italian bread crumbs! Was a pleaser and will make again!

This a really good recipe! Chicken came out absolutely perfect. The only change I made was adding garlic and onion powder. Will be a regular!

London Broil I

This was absolutely delicious! I didn't make any changes except add a little more garlic because we love it. Made this for a Valentines evening dinner and was a hit for the both of us. The cooked marinade ends up being a great mock "au jus". Am planning on making this again tomorrow and can't wait!

Double Chocolate Biscotti

This is great and easy to make! I didn't have white chocolate on hand so I used swirled chocolate chips and it still came out great! Melted chocolate and flavored it with peppermint extract, dipped the bottom half of cookie in the chocolate to finish them off- made them look so nice and even better flavor. Will definately be a regular on my holiday baking list!

Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits

I made these for Easter and they were sooo yummy! I didn't change a thing except before I put them in the oven I put a small amount of butter on top and let them cook that way. These will be a norm on our menu- very easy!

Minnesota Pork Chops

Very yummy dish! The only thing I did differently was not cook the pork chops as long as recommended- I didn't want them to be dry (cooked for about 1 hr. 15 mins.). Otherwise perfect! My husband says this one is a keeper! Will be a regular dinner for us!

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

This was all in all a good dish. Followed directions exactly. The seasoning was very good although there was a little too much lemon taste on the bottom of the chicken so next time I make it I was use 1/2 teaspoon less lemon juice and more garlic. Also, next time I will use 2 stips bacon for each and mozzarella cheese so you can taste it more. Will definately make again with just a few changes. A definate keeper.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Great recipe! My husband and I loved it! I did use the italian bread crumbs instead of regular and it was perfectly seasoned. Will be a regular on our dinner menu.
