I love these pork chops. I didn't think they would be good, but they were. I used Orange-Blossom Honey instead of plain honey, made it taste even better. I also used a little bit more butter than what was called for. I also seasoned the flour with seasoned meat tenderizer along with the salt and pepper. They were so tender that they practically melted in your mouth. I didn't pound them until thin, I bought some that were fairly thick and pounded them, but not so that they were very thin just enough to be tender.
