I made this following the suggestion to thin the mayo a bit. I only added enough milk to make it easier to coat the chicken, just a tablespoon or two. I also used Panko bread crumbs and skinless chicken. My whole family thought this was really bland and my kids complained it was slimy, though only the bottoms were from touching the pan. The exposed Panko was crunchy enough, it just didn't have much flavor. Edible, but I won't be making it again. And a big waste of mayo. I only used 1/2-3/4 of what the recipe asked for and still had a bunch left over. Also had leftover breadcrumbs and my chicken was almost 4lb.
