Salmon with Mango and Brie
Sour Cream Chicken
About this Cook
I have started cooking to save money and to make healthier choices than eating at University. What I have found is that my food can easily taste better than theirs.
My favorite things to cook
I love making cookies... but need to start choosing healthier options.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family doesn't really cook... So I guess I am starting my own...
My cooking triumphs
When I started cooking my family laughed at me saying that I couldn't and that I should stay out of the kitchen. Now, my family calls me Martha Stewart due to the complementary spices I have been using.
My cooking tragedies
Never ever think that cream of broccalli has the same base as cream of mushroom. They taste very different and the taste will linger for weeks after. The Raccoons wouldn't even go near it.

Salmon with Mango and Brie
I thought this turned out just amazing. The mangos were very sweet and refreshing which blended well with the fish and brie softer textures.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Wonderful! I only had pumpkin pie filling and it still worked out and made the cookies very moist.

Shredded Potato Quiche
It was very good. I used skim milk and it still turned out fluffy. Also, My grocery store did not have shredded potatoes so I used small round hash browns and it still turned out great!
