Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
I love this recipe and have now made it for my family 3 years in a row. I don't include the mushrooms because I have a bunch of picky eaters who do not like them. And instead of sage I put in the sage sausage as other reviewers have suggested and it always comes out amazing.

Teriyaki Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
It was ok i find its better if you bake the chicken in the sauce b/c it comes out a lot more tender. This is a good base sauce to work from, next time i'll add my own stuff to it.

Cream Cheese and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2010
This was delicious!!! Didn't put in the wine because my boyfriend is allergic to it but it was still fantastic. The cooking time definitely needs to be adjusted it doesn't take 5 minutes after making the sauce to cook, more like 20. The prosciutto really makes this dish. I loved it and the boyfriend loved it even more. Thank you!

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2008
This is DELICIOUS!!!! I did add extra cheese and half and half as others suggested and it worked well. This recipe makes WAY more then 6 servings, I have two tupperwares full of it right now. My boyfriend isn't really a mac and cheese fan and he loved it and kept picking at it even after dinner. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Buttercream Icing

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2010
LOVE IT. Its so sweet and yummy. Make sure to mix everything well. If it becomes too stiff add more milk. I've made multiple cakes & cupcakes with this and it always comes out great. Not so great for stuffing cake in someones face cuz the frosting doesn't really come off :) its tradition in my family to shove cake in the bday persons face.

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
This is so much cheaper then store bought fondant and tastes much better too. If you want to color the fondant I suggest adding the color to the melted marshmallow before adding the sugar. My fondant cracked, even when kneading in more vegetable shortening. I did not use butter, I used crisco. And used powdered sugar on my counters and crisco on the rolling pin. I would use this again I just need to figure a way to make it so it doesnt crack so easily.

This is truly a very cream cheese frosting, to me it tasted like cheesecake. I didn't like it but my boyfriend loved it (he's a huge cheesecake fan).

Sour Cream Burgers

SO GOOOOOOOOOOD! Made them at a BBQ and everyone was impressed. They are delicious and now this is the ONLY way I make my burgers. Make sure not to put to much onion soup mix or they get a weird flavor.

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
the meatballs come out soooo tender when cooked in the sauce. We really enjoyed this recipe and have made it time and time again. We even made it for my boyfriends family while they were in town and they devoured it. I omit the sugar completely because I don't like it.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2010
This came out great. Very peanutty but yummy. It was VERY easy to spread you just have to mix it well enough. Add milk if its too stiff. To me it kind of tasted like the filling of a nutter butter cookie. I made chocolate cupcakes filled w/ a mini reeses cup and topped it with half chocolate buttercream & half of this peanut butter frosting. It came out beautifully.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2009
Just made this last night, while it was good it definitely wasn't spicy. Make sure you season the chicken or else it lacks flavor. I made shredded chicken and filled the enchiladas with that. I think it needs more sauce as well, but my boyfriend is obsessed with sauce so it's just our personal prefence. Overall it is a good recipe, next time I'll just make more sauce! :)

Butter Cream Frosting I

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
So I've made this twice now. The first time I accidently used something that wasn't all butter and it came out real runny but that was my fault. This time I used real unsalted butter and whipping cream instead of milk cuz its what I had and it turned out fabulous! its not white, so if you're looking for a real white buttercream this isn't it. But its perfect for coloring we dyed it purple and it was great. Thanks for the easy & delicious recipe!
