this was exceptional, well worth the effort, the only thing I did different was increase the garlic, and no "fines herbs" as I found too many definitions for this. I added lots of fresh parsley to the meat when it cooled and a little more on top of the bechamel. I will try with gournd lamb next time...

This is really good, try adding some chili flakes while simmering the sauce, and some cooked chopped bacon near the end... I did and it turned out fantastic.

Asian Style Meatloaf

This was really good, I meant to put minced garlic and fresh cilantro in it but I forgot. Did chop some fresh cilantro and put it on top though, was great. Definitely a mix up with the amounts for the coating sauce.
