I am a former very busy Asst. Director of a Hospital billing office - currently on disability. Cooking is one of the hobbies that is keeping me sane at the moment. I have collected cookbooks for about 20 years (I have more than 200)and have recently discovered online cooking sites. What fun! Italian everything - not just pasta. The Italian way of cooking and handling all kinds of food. Mexican, Indian, and Southern or Homestyle are also favorites. Not really any to speak of. I learned to cook very young because my mother didn't cook very well and didn't like it. Full Italian meals from perfect appetizers to pasta, meat and dessert. Authentic as I can get them Mexican meals. Indian meals. Indian appetizers as a meal (Samosas, Indian meatballs, tandoori shrimp, etc.) My husband and some of our friends beg for that one! Im a harsh critic of all my work but I can't think of anything that's really failed in a long time. Almost 40 years of experience pays off!
