Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
This was very yummy! I used frozen peaches, just thawed them out before using. At first I thought that the sugar/cinnamon topping was too much but I put on what was in the recipe anyway.. it came out very good! It makes the top get all crispy, crunchy.. good stuff!

Asian Salad

Reviewed: May 5, 2008
Yum! I have tried other versions of asian salads and this one is the best. I think toasting the noodles, sesame seeds and almonds is the difference. I used two bags of coleslaw mix and added the packet of seasoning to the dressing.. Perfect !!

Grandma's Five Cup Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2007
I made this for Easter, it is very good and went over very well. Instead of the mini marshmallows I used large marshmallows and cut them into fourths (with scissors, wet them first) Seems like extra work but the big ones are less starchy and just hold their shape better in the salad. I used about 10-15.. great recipe!
