Chicken a la Good

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
Nice rendition of rolled chicken breasts. Just a note to those who seem to insist on "crisp bacon". Bacon can be cooked thoroughly without being crisp (i.e. without the fat from being fully rendered). It is rolled around the chicken to lend it's flavor. Fat is flavor! Crisp bacon is at the most - just salty.

Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
This is a very good recipe. My friends and I enjoyed it. For the record - Kielbasa is Polish - not German.

Bacon Chicken and Dumplings

This a great cold weather recipe. We enjoyed it - even the leftovers. This recipe doesn't need any help.

Tasty Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
This is a good sauce. I have a similar recipe that my dad got from an old Italain lady way back in the 50's. Note: Several reviewers ought to get their terminology corrected. There is ONLY one SPICE in this recipe - pepper. The others are HERBS.

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
This is a good recipe for bone-in pork chops. Soggy? I believe that the correct term is "tender". Too many people grew up on overcooked, dried out pork chops. This isn't 1960!
