Naan
Just like from Indian restaurant! Followed recipe exactly. Used my "George Foreman" style grill and it was quick and easy to grill 2 at a time. My kids raved about it. This is a keeper.

Chocolate Cream Pie II
Delicious! I used 4 Tbsp cornstarch as suggested by several reviewers, it was already quite thick while still in the pot before cooling. This recipe makes 4 cups, enough to fill 24 3" tart shells with enough left over for 3 dessert cups. I could barely stop myself from eating it directly out of the pot, this is so good! I'm never buying box chocolate pudding again.

Fresh Pear Cake
Most awesome cake! Made this with some overripe pears I had, used 5 pears. I was a little worried that the batter was VERY stiff, almost dry...but I resisted the urge to add more liquid and stuck to the recipe as posted. It turned out perfectly moist and delicious. I only let the pears sit in the sugar for the time it took me to assemble the other ingredients, perhaps that is why it semed dry, but it still resulted in a perfect cake. I had to increase the cooking time by 10 minutes for the knife to come out clean from a bundt pan. Definitely a keeper!
