Slow Cooker Bean Casserole AKA Sweet Chili
I think you have to expect that this is really more of a sweet baked bean dish with ground beef. I use one pound of ground beef(my pref.), double the beans, always add onions and brown sugar (instead of molasses, which are fine)less pepper, cayenne pepper to taste, 1/2 of a green pepper and get great results. Adults and children generally like it very much. Just don't expect it to taste like typical chili-- it isn't supposed too :) Great leftovers if there are any!

Corn Dog Casserole
Very easy and fun recipe. Even if the celery sounds unusual, leave it in for the moisture. My family likes it very much, and you can even put mustard or ketchup on top. I have also baked it on top of hot chili, and that turned out very good too. I use chili powder rather than sage for that option.
