Lattice Chicken Potpie

Oh my gosh this was FANTASTIC!! Made in a trifle bowl as another reviewer suggested (looked beautiful!), also used a fresh pound cake purchased in local bakery. Also, I used about 1/3 cup of Kahula in place of some of the coffee.

Vanilla Ice Cream V

Very good and EASY recipe! Didn't change a thing (added a bit extra vanilla, only because we just love it!)and turned out yummy! Will definitely make again.

Ham Muffinwiches

Really tasty, fast recipe! I added 3 oz. of cubed sharp cheddar with the cubed ham, but I'm really crazy about cheese!! Delicious right out of the oven and just as yummy the next day warmed in the microwave.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

This is a great recipe! I used sausage instead of bacon with great results! Also added one chopped onion with the green pepper and cut the butter to 2 Tablespoons. Used the butter to sautee the vegetables and then sprinkled all on top of the croutons. YUMMY!

Green Grape Salad

Absolutely the best salad!! My husband and I are addicted to this easy to prepare and delicious dish. We prefer red grapes when we can find them, but have used black grapes and a mixture of all three varieties (red, black & green) with great results. Everyone who tries this salad asks me for the recipe! YUMMY!!

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

I added 1/2 cup sour cream with the Cream of Chicken Soup and mixed more cheese into the casserole too. Topped w/ a box of seasoned croutons I had on hand (instead of the bread cubes) for more crunch. DELICIOUS comfort food that's fast & easy to prepare!!
