As I was preparing for Christmas I asked DH if he wanted one of the cakes I was making - Pound cake. He says Coconut Cake. I look at a few and this was the most simpliest to make. He enjoyed it (and so did I). For the holes, I took a few straws, cut them in half then stuck them in the cake. This one is a keeper. Thanks!

Carrot Cookies

These were pretty good. Took the previous posters advice, added a bit more sugar and some chopped walnuts.

Crab Salad

Although I chopped up the bell peppers, I did not heat them nor did I add butter. Added in some celery chopped very fine and about a capful or two of vinegar.

Ground Turkey Casserole

Other than being slightly bland, I thought it was great. To keep the calories low, I used FF sour cream, cheddar cheese, and reduced fat cream cheese. My son loved it!! I'll be sure to make this again. Thank you and God Bless!
