Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2004
Marginal at best...with all of the other reviews, I may have been expecting too much. The flavor is a bit bland, and needs some excitement added to it...

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2003
This is fairly tasty. However, I would advise breaking the biscuit dough into thirds, instead of halves - the biscuit dough was way too big, when it baked, and most of the fillinf fell out onto the pan.

Blue Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2003
Tastes great, and good to look at! I had to use frozen blueberries (bet it is really awesome with fresh blueberries) but still had great results. Be sure to add extra sugar, as everyone else has advised. Definately will keep this recipe around.

Screaming Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2003
The only thing "screming" was me. I followed the recipe to the letter, and all I got were par cooked, tasteless red potato rocks....sounds like this recipe is either a hit or a miss, with nothing in between.

Mendocino Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2003
Excellent flavor! Be sure not to skimp on the basil, as it brings out all of the flavors.

Mango Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: May 20, 2003
Just okay; the salsa was great by itself, and didn't seem to "go with" the chicken very well.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2003
I had high hopes for these puppies - perhaps too high, as they were just okay in my books.

Chili Dog Casserole I

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2003
Something went askue in this recipe with the proportions! The flavor was just ok....8 hot dog buns in a 9x13 pan need 3 CANS of chili, not one 15 oz. One 15 oz. was barely enough to spread a smear over the top. This then will feed a football team! So if you're looking for around 4 servings, use 4 hd buns, 4 weiners, and one can of chili in an 8x8 dish. For little kids or really hungry boys, this might be an ok recipe - but for myself, husband, and 13 year old daughter - we'll pass and buy a chili dog at Weinerschnitzel!!

My Mom's Sausage & Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2003
For us, this recipe missed the boat. Very salty, and just didn't have the appeal for us. The rice turned out pretty okay, but the rest of the cassarole reminds me of something you'd thaw out from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Not a keeper, in my books.

Tangy Sliced Pork Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2003
YUM! Pretty much sums it up. There aren't too many recipes that give you options to using up left-over pork loin - and this one is a winner! If you can shred your pork, the sauce will penitrate the meat better. Great flavor!

Antipasto Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2002
Good pasta salad recipes are hard to come by...and this is one is a hit! The pasta picks up the dressing flavor wonderfully - especially is you let it chill over-night, and then throw in the other ingredients. I substituted the basil with cilantro, and left the pepperoni out for the vegetarians in the crowd - and replaced it with sliced olives. Will make this crowd-pleaser again!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2002
Out of the park! These chicken fingers are absolutely yummy! The buttermilk marinade is the key! The breading sticks to the pre-cooked chicken better, if it's kept cold...so I marinated over-night in the buttermilk, and then dredged the chicken in the breading..and put them back in the fridge for 15 minutes or so..and then cooked them off - so tender!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2002
ABSOLUTELY fabulous! This recipe is one of the very best on ALLRECIPES. Be sure to make plenty of the sauce, as the recipe tends to be a little conservative...be sure to forget the diet for this meal - and it is well worth it!

Chicken Savoy

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2002
This recipe has a fairly good flavor...marinating before baking might help the flavor "stay" with the chicken - but all in all, this recipe is a keeper!

Broccoli Salad I

Great recipe! It is really easy to throw together - and add pretty much what you want - I added both golden raisins and some dried cranberries, and used some toasted peacns instead on sunflower seeds..yum!!!

Nothing more than a round brownie with a chocolate kiss...I expected a little more "cookie" consistancy. I wouldn't make these again.

"Awesome"! These biscotti are wonderful - but double up on the recipe - My yield was only 1/2 of what it was supposed to be.
