great, turned out just as i hoped. we're at high altitute. made no changes, and took them out right at the 10 minute mark.

i've used this recipe MANY times, adding and removing different fruits/chips, and they have been wonderful every time! we were finally able to get rid of the bland box stuff!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

very good. we put it in the fridge overnight, and it was very dense the next night. almost brownie-like. :)

very good. used 1/2c butter & 1/2c apple sauce instead of shortening. also added a big of nutmeg, and used the whole can of pumpkin. hit the spot, no icing needed.... but i would probably use cream cheese icing if i did ice them. :)

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

awesome! i halved the recipe since i only had one egg, and i scrambled it & split it between the 2 parts of the recipe that called for it. also, i put the cream cheese mixture in the freezer (i used it straight out of the fridge) whil ei made the other parts. not sure if it made a difference, but these were great!
