Zimbabwean Chicken and Vegetable Soup

This was very tasty and savory! You can make it a lot quicker by adding pre-cooked sweet potato and/or carrots at the end.

Butternut Squash Soup

This was delicious, I also halved the cream cheese make it a bit healthier and it was still very creamy. You could play around with adding other vegetables very easily. Veggie stock makes it vegetarian :)

Spinach Enchiladas

This was excellent and and easy recipe for a first time enchilada maker. I used some refried black beans to line the tortilla. It adds some more nutrition and holds the seams together. Made it once for dinner and had tons of leftovers and once for a large dinner party.

Lori's Spicy Chipotle Lasagna

My boyfriend said that I had to go online and give this 5 stars for him :) He also said that it was the best lasagna he had ever had and that it was restaurant quality. I got a little flustered when making this for the first time and skipped the part where I add the basil and oregano!! It will be much better next time!

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Yum and very easy. I didn't add celery because I don't like the cooked taste and used regular shredded cheese instead of cheese food. Got compliments from a New Englander!

Salmon Spread I

This was very good and easy. I doubled the amount of salmon, because I din't want it to taste cream cheesy, but some thought it was too fishy. I also didnt use the seafood seasoning- still very flavorful.
