the next time I make this, I need to use a longer pan and a shallower level of batter, it was sadly over dry.

Caramel Peanut Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2011
Ok this is a two part review with the stars. 4 stars is because my co-workers are lapping this up and stating that I'm either wonderful of evil for bringing this in for them to devour. 2.5 stars is my personal rating. Because this isn't fudgy at all and is gooey, nothing but sweet, I don't taste the peanut butter, and my boyfriend just said "it sweet and you know from me that isn't a compliment" So I don't know maybe if I ever decide to make this again I'll use an actual peanut butter fudge recipe that is flavorful. I did have fun making it, and it is being enjoyed by a lot of people!

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
While this was good, I've had better Cream of Mushroom soups. It just lacked a lot of flavor. I might try and spice it up with something else later on.

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
I made this recipe twice once with vanilla and once without. With the vanilla it was super soft melt in your mouth and delicious and without it was firmer, but less flavorful. I wish I could give this recipe 4.5 stars! Because its so easy and yummy!

T's Sweet Potato Fries

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2007
These came out really yummy, I never thought of pre cooking the potatoes in the microwave. They didn't come out quite as cripsy as I would like and maybe next time I'll be a bad girl and fry them.

Mango Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2007
I only made the salsa portion of this recipe, and found it to be lacking. The flavors did not combine well even after two days in the fridge chilling. As I completely disklike cilantro I tried to find a favorable substitute and found nothing.

Toll House Pie I

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2007
I made this for my holiday party at work and it got rave reviews from my colleagues. I have made it since then and it just bring back wonderful memories of my first cooking job at the SeaDog. The baker there made tollhouse pie and it was just ooey gooey delecious. This definitely needs to be served with a HUGE scoop of vanilla ice cream and a chocolate sauce drizzle!!!

Amish Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2006
Ok I've been making this recipes for 4 years now and every time I do, people ask me for it. I made it a couple of weeks ago, and my boyfriends best friend is coming over for dinner tomorrow so she can try it. This is just amazing. I have not changed anything in it, and often just make the glaze to make sweet and sour chicken, it tastes so good with all the crisp veggies and pineapple. Can't wait to do dig into this again! ****************************************** I love meatloaf and this was absolutely divine. The ketchup and brown sugar mixed in the meat gives it a wonderful flavor, though I would use more bacon on top. Also the "sauce" was delecious and so simple, I am thinking of using it as a glaze on chicken. Adding a few more spices would make it a nice bbq sauce. Will definitely be making again!

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
Great crispy recipe. My boyfriend and I try to avoid eating fried foods at all costs and this was a wonderful recipe. I didn't have any cornmeal, the flavor was ok and since I realized it would be a little bland I bought some olive tapenade from Trader Joes and spread a little of it on top and it added a nice little kick. Will be making again and again.

Oven Fried Chicken II

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2006
A nice recipe for "Fried" Chicken, it was crisp, delecious, great flavor, and the only thing I changed was using Pam instead of the half cup of olive oil. You don't need a lot of it, just a light spray. Will definitely be making this again.

G's Flank Steak Marinade

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2006
This was good a little salty. My boyfriend is an A1 man all the way so he didn't get the full flavors. Next time I think I will cut down the soy sauce or add a little water. Otherwise this is really yummy.

Portobello Pot Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2006
This recipe was perfect veg. recipe. My boyfriend and I are not vegetarian though his mother and sister are and this was wonderful. Everyone raved about it. Though by following the recipe I made enough for 3 pies. So I ended up baking it in a casserole dish. I paired it with grilled asparagus tossed in olive oil, and lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic. Delecious!
