I love to cook and believe that happiness is tied to food. Thai, Mexican, Cajun, Anything Grilled and anything that stimulates the taste buds in a unique way. I learned alot from my Grandmother who has been a ranch wife cook for 80 years. My Zydeco Stomp Gumbo recipe on this site was the start of my first creative fusion of great food. I have many more creations to share with folks that are looking to share love VIA great food and a happy environment revolving around great party food. Mistaking powdered sugar for flour 1 time when trying to make roux. My wife laughed and laughed after I through out 2 batches of crystalized burned candy before realizing what the heck was going on. After I chunked the pot out in the yard I went to "cool off" and she helped me realize what the problem was :)
