SAHM of 3 (7yo, 4yo, 2yo). We love baking & making our own cakes for birthdays. Two of my kids are allergic to milk so we try alot of dairy free recipes.

Before I was married my cooking buddy & I made some pumpkin pies. We sat down to try a slice & they were terrible! We realized we forgot the sugar!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
Yummy! Converted to 14 svgs for 1 lb elbows. Based on other reviews I decreased American chz to 8oz. (I used shrp cheddar). Didnt have evap milk so used 4c 1% milk. No need to salt pasta water since cheeses are quite salty. Also halved butter & used unsalted. Everyone enjoyed it! Thx!

Crazy Cake
Moist, delicious chocolate cake. Made this for my daughters bday cake. I added 1/2 tsp instant coffee & about 1/3 c. choc chips as per other reviewers. I also sifted as stated & i added the wet ingred. to the dry & mixed well before placing in a grease/floured glass pan. I will def. make this again. Its better than a box recipe without all the extra chemicals & ingredients that we don't need.

Blonde Brownies I
Yummy! Seems more like a choc chip cookie bar but very good. Here's what I did...doubled the recipe & used glass 13x9 pan, reduced to 325deg. for 30 min. I took the advice of a few reviews & make these changes. 3/4 tsp powder; half the vanilla (its sweet enough); mixed in 1c choc chips & 1/3c white chips into the flour. And I used UNsalted butter. Dont forget my changes are for a double recipe. Enjoy!
